This morning I had an appointment at 11:40 a.m. with Dr. Bohorquez. At 12:10 p.m., as I had not yet entered, I go to the counter to ask what time the doctor is coming, to which they answer that the appointments are late and I am the next to enter. I continue waiting until 12:25, but finally I end up leaving since I can't continue waiting. About 10 minutes later they called me from the center asking if I was still there since the doctor was looking for me. I replied that after waiting 45 minutes I had to leave, to which he replied that it was okay, he would cancel the capture of the appointment. Don't apologize for the inconvenience or anything similar. I know that the person who called me is not to blame for the delay in appointments, but at that moment he is the image of the clinic. Furthermore, it seems disrespectful to me that, being a private clinic, they have patients waiting for 1 hour to be seen and that if the appointments are every 20 minutes, they are with one patient for more than 40 minutes, thus affecting the arrival time of the others. .

I find it unfortunate that after going to this center since I am pregnant and had an appointment with Dr. María José Pérez, I have been waiting for more than 30 minutes and a girl from the counter comes telling me that the doctor has to go to a delivery and He has to give me another appointment.
